You will be able to see where your rider is once your order has been accepted and a rider has been assigned. Sometimes your rider might have more than one order to deliver, in which case you will see your rider when he is on YOUR leg of the journey

Delivery times vary by restaurant, but you will receive an estimates delivery time by text or on the app once your order has been accepted. 

Payments & Riders

Find answers to your questions about how payments work, rider earnings, and financial policies at Fooodle, ensuring transparency and fairness for all users.

Payments are processed securely through our app using Credit/Debit card, gift vouchers or credit applied to your Fooodle account. You can choose your preferred method of payment at checkout.

Rider earnings are calculated based on distance, time to deliver and tips. Riders keep 100% of their tips, as well as 80% of the delivery fee.
